  1 star is generous for the customer care and service i received from this company; the WORST car buying experience! Unfortunately, I didn't read the online reviews before purchasing a car from these guys. I was promised an extended 6 month warranty as part of the deal, however it took 2 months in order to receive the warranty despite continuously chasing them, to which i was repeatedly lied too and given excuse after excuse as to why i'd not received it. It took getting advice from Citizens Advice and notifying them that they were in breech of Contractual Law by which i could take the issue further if they didn't respond and uphold their end of the contract, in order for them to send out the warranty papers - to add insult to injury they were dated from when i bought the car NOT from when they had completed the Warranty (2 months passed already)!! When i contacted IgnitionGo about this they became verbally aggressive and loud over the phone and denied to help me nor understand my frustration in them not upholding their side of the purchasing contract.
  Other reviews re warranty read the same as my experience, AVOID THIS COMPANY, once they've got your money they couldn't give 2 hoots about customer care or delivering what they promised prior to buying the car!

  I purchased a 13 plate Ford Galaxy 7 months ago with 6 months warranty. With my bad luck the car was loosing power 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I spoke to the manager, he booked the car in to a garage near my work place in Stoke. The car was was sorted in 2 days. I was also given a courtesy car. From the initial contact right through to the aftercare the company has been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Ignition Go to all my family friends.
